I'm also a fit...Just found your blog; and love! I'm also a fitness fanatic and relatively healthy eater, so this is extremely useful and interesting. Though I don't do paleo I do like your food ideas, esp. as alternatives, or when certain foods randomly become distasteful. <br /><br />I'm only 12 weeks so struggling with how much to eat - I stopped counting calories because I was afraid of being too exact, but need to exercise more to compensate.
